OUR FEES
Fees are based on time spent during an appointment. That time can include any of the services the practitioner offers, either upon request or at the practitioner’s recommendation. You are welcome to use HSA or FSA cards or to submit to your insurance company on your own. Upon request, we can provide you with invoices that have the necessary information for you to submit to your insurance company. If you choose to submit invoices to your insurance company, we will not negotiate your contract with them, we leave that up to you
NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENT
90 Minutes – $275
FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT
Length is determined by your practitioner based on your anticipated needs
$90-$135
CONSULT WITH ANOTHER PRACTITIONER
A fellow practitioner will consult during your regular follow up visit with your practitioner
- 15 Minutes $30
- 30 Minutes $60
Additional Appointment Types / Communication
Phone/Zoom Consults – billed at the same rates listed above
Email/Text Communications – charged in $30/15 minute increments
(requiring more than 5 minutes to collect information/research to provide an appropriate answer)
